Complaints
Policy

At our chiropractic and sports therapy clinic, we take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a notice of at least 24 hours the scheduled appointment. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, the full payment will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is made after the 24-hour window, the payment will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Card Payments

Please be aware that your card details will be stored on our secure system for future payments and missed appointments. You have the ability to remove them manually from the system at any time by logging into your account. Our staff is available to assist you with this if needed.
